📌 TERMS & CONDITIONS


Eligibility
The referral programme is open to all existing customers, partners, and individuals aged 18 and above.

Referral Qualification
A referral is considered valid only when:

• The new customer clearly mentions the referrer’s name/company before or at the time of booking

• The job is confirmed and completed successfully

 

Commission Payment
The referrer will receive 10% of the agreed service value (excluding VAT if applicable)

Payment will only be made after:

• The job has been completed

• Full payment has been received from the referred customer

 

Customer Discount
The referred customer is entitled to a 5% discount on their first completed job only, 
Discount cannot be combined with other promotions unless agreed in writing
 

Payment Timeline
Referral commissions will be paid within 5–10 working days after confirmation of completed service and cleared payment.
 

Multiple Referrals
Commission applies to each new customer introduced
Ongoing or repeat jobs from the same customer may be excluded unless otherwise agreed
 

Exclusions
Self-referrals are not permitted
Referrals must be genuine new customers (not existing or previously contacted clients)
 

Right to Amend
AIG B2B Logistics Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the referral programme at any time without prior notice.
 

Disputes
In the event of any dispute, the decision of AIG B2B Logistics Ltd shall be final.
