Service availability may vary depending on your location, service demand, and our operational capacity. Coverage includes Greater Manchester, Sheffield, West Yorkshire, and surrounding areas. Nationwide services are available upon request.

💳 3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are calculated based on distance, weight, urgency, and service type.

  • All quotes are valid for 7 days from issue.

  • Full payment is required in advance or upon delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, and Card Payments (where applicable).

  • Late or failed payments may result in service cancellation.

  • Same-day services must be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance.

  • House/office moves and scheduled logistics must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations may incur a partial or full fee.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • While we strive to meet scheduled delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other external factors.

  • AIG B2B Logistics Ltd is not liable for delays outside our control.

  • Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to £50, unless additional insurance is arranged.

  • All items must be properly packed and disclosed in advance.
