  • The main entrance is step-free and equipped with a wide automatic door.

  • Our reception area is at ground level, easily reachable by wheelchair.

  • All corridors and pathways are wide and clear for ease of movement.

  • Seating is available in the waiting area with space for wheelchairs or mobility scooters.

  • Our service desk is at an accessible height and staff are trained to offer assistance.

 

🚻 Accessible Toilets

  • An accessible toilet is available for visitors and clearly signposted.

  • The facility includes handrails and non-slip flooring.

 

♿ Additional Accessibility Features

  • Staff are trained to assist visitors with mobility, hearing, or vision impairments.

  • Assistance dogs are welcome.

  • A portable hearing loop is available upon request.

  • Signage throughout the premises includes clear print and contrasting colors.
