✅ 1. Cancellations
🚚 Same-Day and Next-Day Deliveries

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a charge.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

If the driver has already been dispatched or arrived, the full service fee will apply.
🏠 House & Office Moves / Contract Logistics

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will incur a 50% charge.

No-shows or failure to provide access will result in full charge.
💷 2. Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

A booking was cancelled within the allowable window.

We are unable to fulfil the service due to internal issues (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability).

Payment was made in error or duplicated.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
⚠️ 3. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds if:

The cancellation policy was not followed

Access or information was not provided by the customer, preventing the service

A customer is unsatisfied with timing due to traffic, weather, or external factors beyond our control
